How do I make a Bill Payment?
Click on the Pay bills block on the home page. You can select from Electricity, Gas, Landline, Mobile, Insurance or Data Card. Fill in the details in the form and pay. You're done. It's that simple.
Do I have to register to pay bills?
No, you do not need to register on Suvidhaa.com to Recharge or make Bill Payments. However, once your register, you can avail of advanced bill management features.
Do you charge extra fee for Bill Payments?
Absolutely no! We do not charge any extra fees at all.
Can I make multiple Bill Payments at one go?
Yes, you can make up to 3 Bill Payments at one go. In fact, you can combine up to 3 Recharges and/or Bill Payments at one go.
Do I have to pay the entire bill amount?
No, you decide and approve the payment amount of each invoice. However, Suvidhaa can accept payments only if the provider approve.
Can I pay bills after their due date?
Some Billers allow you to make payments after the due date. However, some do not. Whether or not you can pay after the due date is decided solely by the Billers themselves.
How many days before the due date should I make my Bill Payment?
To avoid late payment charges, we recommend you to make your Bill Payment at least 3 working days before the bill due date.
Will I still receive paper bills after I begin making payments through Suvidhaa?
Yes, you will continue to receive the paper bills.
How will I know that I have received a bill from my biller at Suvidhaa?
Suvidhaa will send you an email notification or will alert you via sms on the register email address and mobile number, once a new bill is generated. You can login and view the details.
What happens if I add a new biller on Suvidhaa?
Whenever you add a new biller, Suvidhaa forwards your details to the biller for verification of Consumer Number. Once the details are verified, the biller is added. All this happens automatically in a matter of seconds.
How long does it take to update the payment at biller end?
Usually, it takes up to 3 working days to update the payment. Please contact us in case your details are not updated after 3 working days.
What Bill Payments can I make on Suvidhaa?
You can pay for multiple billers for Electricity, Gas, Insurance, Mobile Postpaid, Landline and DTH Postpaid.
Do I get a receipt for a Bill Payment?
Yes, you will receive an online receipt for all Bill Payments you make on Suvidhaa.
If I make a Bill Payment, do I get a free offer?
Yes, we will give you a Special Offer for every Recharge or Bill Payment.
I have added billers in my net banking account. Will I receive bills there once I add biller at Suvidhaa?
Yes, of course. Your Net Banking account will work the same way once when you add a biller here.
Can I customize reminders on Suvidhaa?
Yes, as a registered Suvidhaa user, you can customize the alerts on any new bill generated. You will receive this alert as emails / SMS on mail address and mobile number specified by you.
